Payments may be made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Please contact info@postnom.com for alternate payment methods.

Registrations may be cancelled, with a full refund, up to 28 days before the start day of a session. On client request, registrations may also be postponed to future sessions (up to 28 days before the start day of a session), by retaining the registration fee.

An organisation may replace a registered participant with someone else from the same organization, up to the start day of a session.

PostNom sessions may be cancelled or postponed up to 14 days before the scheduled start of a session, due to a lack of registered participants.

Discount codes may only be used at time or registration, Only one discount code may be used per registration. Only valid discount codes will be accepted.

Scheduling of one-on-one personalized coaching is the responsibility of each course participant; every reasonable effort will be made to meet course participant availabilities.  One-on-one personalized coaching is held through virtualized sessions, is booked in 15 minutes blocks of time, and expires 90 days after the last training course day.
